2008 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes hail from the esteemed vineyards of Elkington-Setty, Winfield and Lincoln Ranch in Napa Valley. The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep reddish brown color with focused fruits such as cherry and blackberry, yielding to long supple tannins in the palate. The grapes are always handpicked at night or very early in the morning.
