All sales of Guarachi Family Wines are final and returns are not allowed. Guarachi Family Wines is committed to producing the highest quality wines from some of the greatest vineyards in the world, so if you have any issues with your shipment, please contact Customer Support immediately at 818 225-5100 or Info@GuarachiFamilyWines.com.
Wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving the fulfillment center. Please be sure to inspect all packages upon receipt. If you notice a defect of any kind upon opening your wine, please contact us immediately, and document any visual defects with photos when possible.

Wine-Specific Conditions For:
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Guarachi Family Wines. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Guarachi Family Wines are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diner's Club.
No minimum purchase is required.
Federal Express Ground is Guarachi Family Wines carrier of choice (common carrier). Ground shipping is provided by Federal Express Ground at current market rates.
Guarachi Family Wines is currently authorized to sell direct in the following States: Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia (DC), Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Texas and Virginia. If you are interested in purchasing, but your state is not listed here, please contact us.
Adult Signature Requirement:
We strongly suggest shipping your order to a business address whenever possible. State law, as well as FedEx policy, requires an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package containing wine. It is the shipper's responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for the shipment at delivery. Shipments will not be delivered under the following circumstances:
* The recipient is not 21 years of age or older or does not have an acceptable form of ID such as a driver's license, passport or birth certificate.
* The recipient shows signs of intoxication.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Guarachi Family Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Heat & Weather Conditions:
Because of our sensitivity to the temperature variances that can occur during the summer months, we generally ship Monday through Wednesday during periods of high heat (above 85°F) to ensure same week delivery. We also have the ability to include dry ice packs to protect packages from heat spikes. We may, at times, contact customers to consult on overnight shipping or a holding the shipment back to ensure the integrity of their wines. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number when your order has shipped. Please call Customer Service at (707) 690-4380 for specific shipping questions.

I. What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site?
When you visit GuarachiFamilyWines.com, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better.
We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.

Under no circumstances will we share any personal information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.

If you have chosen to opt into our newsletter or marketing emails and decide to opt out, we have a simple unsubscribe form that will let you get off our email list. Also, under the member area, you will find a simple form to unsubscribe.
